5 per thousand doesn't cost anything, does not replace 8 per thousand (intended for religious confessions), lets you donate 5 per thousand of your income, which is destinated to the State anyway, in activities of interest social.

The funds raised in 2010 will be destinated to an integrated project of vocational training and job placement for young people of North-East coast of Kenya.

The project:

Euroservyce Social Cooperative Onlus operates within the training as an accredited Operator to Regione Lombardia, operator allowed from Regione Veneto for training on Catalogue 236 and Provider of the Ministry of health for CME training in socio-health and Social care.

The Board members, always active in Italy in training issues and development of accompanying activities and. in close contact with the North Eastern Kenyan population, would like, through the donations of 5 x 1000 , to integrate the social activities already undertaken in the area of Malindi, with the creation of a new Training and work Center able to provide to young graduates leaving secondary training, the needed technical knowledge and skills to approach as practices players to the emerging world of work. The project will also involve schools and companies wishing to donate equipment and technologies for them no longer necessary. The project is integrated by a narrow interchange which includes the invitation to Italy of young graduates from Kenia who will study in the classroom and laboratory assisting our teachers during lessons and accompanying activities and that will become, with experimentation in homeland of skills acquired assisted in turn on the field by our teachers, qualified instructors and experienced tutor in education and active research job opportunities for their pupils.

Kenya

Kenya is located straddle of the equator, in the eastern part of Africa it extends from the Indian Ocean in the South-East until Lake Victoria and Uganda to the South-West, to the North it is bordered by Sudan and Ethiopia, on the East by Somalia and Southwest with Tanzania. The coast is low and sandy while advancing towards the center you enter the wonderful Rift Valley to whose sides are the most important peaks of the country which exceed the 5000 metres.
In Kenya the rate of literacy is 79%, much higher than any other bordering nation, detected in the range between 15 and 24 years. Primary schools are 15,000 frequented by 65% of school-age children. High schools are attended by approximately 25% of boys between the ages of 15 and 18 but the training received has practically no technical content necessary to enter actively in new emerging world of work, it’s also missing the presence of organised structures-for finding and searching job opportunities.
